1. Log In to the system using your Username and Password
2. To create a company, click on "Add New Company" icon
3. Click the "Add Record" button to input Basic Company Details
4. Add/Edit Basic Company Details on the "Basic" tab, click "Next" button to save data and go to the next step
5. Add/Edit Incorporation Details on the "Incorporation" tab, click "Next" button to save data and go to the next step
6. Add/Edit Capital Details on the "Capital" tab,
7. Names and Details of the Officers/Directors/Shareholders (ODS) with at least one share owned is done individually, after completing one entry click "Add" to include them on the list.Repeat the procedure until you complete the listing.
8. You can also View, Edit, Delete existing names in the ODS list.
9. Names and Details of Nominee Officers who are Non-Shareholder (NNS) is done individually, after completing one entry click "Add" to include them on the list. Repeat the procedure until you complete the listing.
10. You can also View, Edit, Delete existing names in the NNS list
11. To complete the process, click on "SAVE" to save your work.
12. A "SUCCESS" notification will be displayed if your work has been successfully saved in the system. The summary of all saved company information can be viewed in the "Profile" tab.
13. To print list of current Officers, go the bottom of the "Profile" tab, at the ODs and NNS listing, click on "Click Here" icon under the "Print Officer List"
14. Fill in effective date of list that you want to print
15. Click "Print" to view the list
16. Click "OK" to print the list
17. Click on "Company Listing" tab view the Company List table
18. The Company List table shows details of existing company/ies in the system and corresponding shortcut icons for reminders, view/edit, and add/view documentsare also available opposite each company name.You are now ready to do your own business documents.
